What data we collect

Where you submit an enquiry with a view to placing an order, we process your data on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR). Where we process data for follow-up purposes where no contract has yet arisen, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR).

Third-party processors

Our website contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form submission service. When you submit the enquiry form, your data is transmitted to Formspree's servers and then forwarded to our business email address. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data in accordance with their own privacy and security policies. You can find further information at formspree.io.

Your enquiry data is also received and stored within our standard business email system and any associated file storage we use to manage orders.

Data retention

We retain personal data submitted through the enquiry form for as long as is necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and for a reasonable period afterwards for administrative and legal purposes. Where no order results from an enquiry, we will not retain your personal data beyond the period needed to follow up on the enquiry.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have grounds to retain it
