Signimark Ltd is a precision laser-engraving manufacturer based in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland. We produce industrial identification — asset tags, valve tags, identification plates, panel legends, engraved labels and bespoke marked components — entirely in the United Kingdom.
Our focus is straightforward: supply engineers, contractors and procurement teams with the engraved identification they need, to the specification they provide, without unnecessary complication. Every order is handled directly; you deal with the people doing the work.
Our workshop and offices are based at 1 Barrack Street, Hamilton, ML3 0DG. Production stays in-house — we do not subcontract engraving work. That means we can control quality at every stage, maintain consistent results across repeat orders, and respond quickly when a job needs adjusting.

We work across the main materials used in industrial identification: engraving laminate (Traffolyte), stainless steel and acrylic. Each is suited to different environments and applications — we discuss the best choice with you when we quote, rather than applying a one-size approach.
Marking is carried out entirely by laser. On engraving laminate and acrylic the laser engraves the surface; on stainless steel we fuse a durable ceramic-black finish for a permanent, high-contrast mark without cutting into the metal. It delivers fine detail and variable data at speed, and every job is done on calibrated equipment and inspected before dispatch.
We work to your specification — a drawing, DXF, sample or written schedule — and produce a digital proof before any engraving starts. That process applies whether you need a single identification plate or a scheduled run of thousands. The same setup, the same quality check, the same result.
